Mission
Thank you so much for visiting the Homeschool Library. Our mission is to provide students, teachers, and families with lots of free educational resources. We believe that learning opportunities should be available to everyone, everywhere, without cost. Using the power of the internet, this goal is possible. There are many online resources that can be utilized by teachers, parents, and home- schoolers to enhance their learning environments, while increasing the interest and attentiveness of their learners. Since this site is constantly growing, be sure to add us to your bookmarks and stop by often!About
The goal of this site is to provide quick access to some of the best educational websites for grades K-12 in a virtual library of links organized somewhat loosely by subject according to the "Melvil Decimal System." Melvil Dewey created the first Dewey Decimal Classification System in 1873, and early versions of his system are in the public domain. (However, since the terms DDC, Dewey, WebDewey, and Dewey Decimal Classification are all registered trademarks of the OCLC Online Computer Library Center which maintains and updates Melvil Dewey’s original classification system, we call ours the "Melvil Decimal System.")Disclaimer
We post links to free materials that we think will be helpful to most homeschool families, but we can’t thoroughly investigate every single resource, author, and site. It's left up to the individual reader to determine whether or not each link is suitable for their family. Please use your God- given discernment and wisdom.Feedback
We are committed to providing the highest quality links. If you would like to suggest a site that is not listed, if you find any bad or expired links, or if you find anything objectionable as you explore these pages, kindly notify .Contact
